Teachers4Good – Fark Yaratan Öğretmenler: Nimet Çetinkaya, Van

Do you remember your teacher from primary school?

As Turks4Good, we want to remember the young, selfless  rural school teachers in their first few years on the job, in the remote corners of Turkey.  Our 4Kids projects for their classrooms and children are only a small token of our appreciation.  We want to salute them, and honor them, and thank them… They are indeed a national treasure!

Here is Nimet Çetinkaya from Konya who is serving at Van’s Seydibey Vilage School…  You can read more about Nimet at our below Medium article published in “Building Bridges”

About

Bridge to Türkiye Fund (BTF) was established in 2003 by community minded Turkish Americans (Turks4Good) driven to make a difference, to improve life and to cultivate social change for the common good. Our circle of compassion promotes respect and fellowship for humankind in the communities we serve. Turks4Good commitment to these ideals stems from our basic desire to give back to our native land for the many opportunities we have gained from her. We invite you to also contribute to the welfare of less fortunate children in Turkey.
